Palm Garden Resort, Khao Lak

This hotel is a peaceful retreat surrounded by beautiful gardens, making it a great spot for relaxation. The spacious family room and gorgeous pool area were highlights of my stay. However, I faced some issues with unreliable service regarding check-out reminders, which put a damper on my experience. Overall, it's a lovely place but could improve its communication with guests.
